MY BACKGROUND AND EXPERIENCE
I am an award-winning Realtor with 23 years of service. I am passionate about prompt customer service and attention to detail. I was a trade contractor and home builder in the Twin Cities for nearly 30 years appearing as a guest designer on HGTV’s Curb Appeal and DIY’s Sweet Equity. I also own and operate JMJ Contracting, Inc., dba JMJ Lakes, a full-service remodeling, design and contracting company. This overarching experience is invaluable when helping clients assess value when buying or selling a home. I hold degrees in environmental design (BED) and landscape architecture (MLA) from the University of Minnesota and served on the Burnsville Planning Commission and the Burnsville Community Foundation. My goal is to make your real estate buying or selling experience exciting and educating.
PERSONAL
I am the father of two children and a grandfather of one. I was born and raised in the Twin Cities. My relocation to the Grand Rapids area has provided the opportunity to escape city life and spend time on Pokegama Lake with family and friends. I enjoy the peacefulness of the night sky and the charm of living in the “north woods”.
